Contra-Band Items and Law Enforcement Search

We do not deliver item(s) prohibited by the law within your pickup and delivery locations. If you declare your package as contra-band free whereas in reality it contains prohibited items, you are 100% responsible for all penalties arising from such actions including imprisonment and capital punishment. We're not liable for such offenses.

By using our Service, you agree that the Law Enforcement Officials can conduct search on your packages and when there is need to open one or more of your packages, the driver will inform you about that.


Maximum Waiting Time At Delivery Locations

While we appreciate your business and would like to offer you the best of service, we also want to let you know that time management is extremely important for serving all our Customers including you.

Hence, our Drivers have maximum of 15 minutes waiting time at all delivery locations. If the recipient doesn't show up within this timeframe; the driver will move to the next delivery location and you will have to pay for re-order before the items will be delivered. You will have to pay for both the first delivery attempt and re-order fee upfront before the items will be delivered. Please, notify your customers about this.


Payment Deadline and Funds Owed

For Customers who choose to pay later in the day, you can wait till the end of the day before making payment so that you can make only one payment for all the deliveries for that day. If you have chosen Payment Upon Delivery while placing order, then; the driver must be paid before the item(s) will be handed over to the Recipient.

All delivery debts owed must be paid before the next day, else the app won't allow you to place more orders.


Damaged and Stolen Items

While we are very careful in handling your shipment packages during transit, it's a possibility to have one or two items to damage along the line once in a while due to bad roads. Always inform the Driver upon pickup that the package is fragile so that he will be more careful. All your breakable items like smartphones,tablets,laptops and other electronic gadgets must be covered with a protective bubble-wrap bags and lastly enclosed in a box.

All Users of Trackvite Connect App must sign up with this third party App called VERIFYDE and their website address is www.veryfide.net so that you can connect with the Drivers who will be delivering your packages. The reason for this is due to the possibility of your item being stolen or undelivered and that Verifyde App will help you to track the person who absconded with your product for recovery. That App is not meant for the Users of Trackvite Connect Portal only,rather, it is an App designed for individuals and businesses who want to be able to track and recover their lost or stolen delivery packages.

By using Trackvite Connect portal, you agree that we are not liable for any damage or theft of your delivery items. We can only report the incident on our portal so that future customers will not transact with such questionable characters going forward and they will no longer be assigned delivery orders on Trackvite Connect platform. If you want to protect your delivery package, you must install and use that App, else, you will look for alternative ways to track and recover your delivery items if stolen or undelivered.


Wallet's Balance

When you choose to pay at the end of the day, you can pay more than the amount you owe and the balance will be kept in your Wallet for future use. Also, you have maximum of 5 years to make use of any fund you have in your Wallet. We do not offer refund or allow funds to be transfered out from the Wallet. All deposited funds will be used for delivery purpose.


Incorrect Delivery Address

In order to avoid Customers selecting incorrect pickup or delivery address while placing order, the App gives you the functionality to generate a link you will send to the person at the Delivery Location or Pickup Location so that their exact locations can be accurately detected by the app. Please, make use of this feature.

In the event that you mistakenly selected a wrong delivery address and the distance from the wrong address to the correct address is greater than 1 kilometer, you will have to re-direct the order to the correct delivery address from the app and extra charges will be applied depending on the new coverage distance.

Currently, we don't do inter-state deliveries. If you place an order that originates from one State and to be delivered in another State, we will not deliver it and you must pay us 70% of the stipulated delivery fee before the item will be released to you. Also, you will have to come to our office to pick it up because we will not return it to the Pickup location. Please, do not place inter-state orders on our platform.


Use of Information Collected From Users

By using our platform, you agree to provide us with some pieces of information like a valid Government Issued ID Card, Date of Birth,Legal Name, your photo or selfie and in some cases your Business Registration Certificate in the case you are a business entity if we request for it. These pieces of information are used for security purpose. We only transact with real people and real businesses.

It's a criminal offense (Identity Theft) to provide us with incorrect data or someone else data. After your data has been verified, all future updates to your data has to be made through writing within the app. Include you User Number anytime you are sending us an email to update your profile.


Recipients' Phone Switch Off And Dubious Recipients

When a driver arrives at delivery location and the recipient's phone is switched off, then; the driver will keep on trying for the next 15 minutes. If after this timeframe, the recipient is still unreachable, the driver will leave for the next location assignment. You will have to request for return delivery and make payment for both first delivery attempt and return delivery request before the items will be delivered. Please, inform your Customers about this.

Always verify the type of Customers you render service to or you transact with. If our Drivers' safety becomes an issue during delivery of your order, we will hold you responsible. We don't render service to people with interior motives.


Oversized Items

When you are placing your order, make sure that your package(s) will fit inside the vehicle you are requesting for. For instance, you requested for a dispatch bike, but you have a long item that cannot fit inside the box closed like a mannequin. If our driver arrives at your pickup location and the items cannot fit, we will bill you 1,000 Nigerian naira for Bikes and 3500 for all other types of vehicles.


Inappropriate Content Posting

By using our platform, you agree that you will not post pornographic content, contents that have the potential to hack our platform or use it to abuse or castigate people. Our platform must not be used to promote violence or discrimination of any sort. Your communication with our Drivers must be solely for pickup and delivery purposes and must not go beyond that. You also agree that you are of legal age before making use of our Services.


Pickup and Delivery Codes

To ensure the safety of all shipments' requests on our portal, we generate Pickup and Delivery Codes for you once you place an order. Make sure you send the codes to the persons at the pickup and delivery locations immediately. We will not deliver your items without you or your Customer giving the Driver the Delivery Code.

Once a Driver or Sales Rep arrives at your location for pickup, the first thing you must do is to click at link on the sidebar and ask the person to give you his Rider's Number or User Number and then enter the Number. You will see if the Person still works for us or not once you enter the Numbers. If he/she is a Current Driver/ Current Sales Rep, give him/her the pickup code and hand over the package. If not, don't hand over the package to the person.


Account's Verification and Subsequent Updates

Every Customer is required to verify his or her identity before he or she will be allowed to start submitting Delivery Requests on our platform. This is required by law under Know Your Client Clause.

Also, you must update your data once every year even if the data submitted/verified previously have not expired. This does not only apply to Customers, rather, to all Users of our Platform. It takes less than 5 minutes of your time yearly to accomplish this.


Other Policies

We don’t sell your data to any third party. We don’t share subscribers' information with external parties without first informing the subscribers and this is only applicable when constrained or required by law to supply such information. We may use cookies on our website, run email/promotional campaigns and both are aimed at providing users awesome services.

All deposits made on our platform are non-refundable and can only be used to either pay for your Delivered Orders or for any offence commited by the Subscriber.

There will be regular updates on our Application to enhance user experience and every update is free for all subscribers. Our Terms and Policies can change anytime, so it is the legal responsibility of every subscriber to check our website for every detail. By clicking “I Agree” anytime you or any of your users wants to log in, implicit agreement abides.

We expect to receive feedback(s) from our subscribers through the app, phone, email or by invitation and every feedback will be used to improve our Application’s performance and to enhance Customers' Experience.
